SizeGenetics is the original penile traction device — co-invented by a Danish engineer and a plastic surgeon, patented in 1995, and refined for three decades. Over a million men in 50+ countries have trusted the original.

Jes Bech Müller, a Danish engineer, brought precision mechanics. Dr. Jorn Ege Siana, a plastic surgeon, brought decades of reconstructive and male-surgery experience. Together they asked a question medicine had struggled with: how do you grow penile tissue permanently, safely, without surgery?

Their answer came from mechanotransduction - the body's ability to turn steady mechanical force into brand-new tissue. It was already proven in bone lengthening and orthodontics. They realised the same principle could be applied to penile tissue under carefully controlled tension.

The result was the world's first penile traction device, patented in 1995. That invention became SizeGenetics.
